Very satisfying of everything

Better than I could have hoped - so glad the reviews weren’t exaggerated. I had the best time and stayed connected superbly throughout my 2 weeks, charging once per day and 1 device worked on 2 phones :)

Renting a pocket Wi-Fi from Japan Wireless was one of the best decisions I made for this trip. It was delivered to my hotel (outstanding customer service gesture) which made pick up hassle free - the device wa charged, ready to go, and paired in seconds. Coverage was fantastic everywhere I went. Whether I was navigating the busy streets of Osaka, riding the Jr Special Rapid between cities, or navigating my way while in the subterranean levels of numerous transit stations. The signal stayed consistently active and connected, not a single dropped connection all trip. I was beyond impressed. The device is compact and lightweight. Battery life easily lasted a full day of heavy navigation, translator and map use. If you're visiting Japan and want reliable internet without any fuss or worries, Japan Wireless is the way to go. Highly recommend!

Always professional and so convenient

excellent product and service. was only about A$6 per day. you just need to make sure you follow all instructions as to obtaining the hotspot at the airport (if that's best for you) and then dropping it off. understand it can have 10 devices running off it. we used it a lot in conjunction with the iPhone maps app to get around and find restaurants etc. you therefore didn't incur Australian roaming charges. Excellent!
