The device was easy to pick up at Ninja Counter with English speaking person. Wifi was very reliable for 14 days usage with a power bank back up. And the return for the device was hassle free at Haneda's post office box.

Powerful wifi easy to set and use, however in some places of Tokyo (like Odaiba beach) signal was not strong and had to try reconnect again several times.
I had a previous experience with Japan Wireless (October last year) and that router was PERFECT everywhere across Japan (even if it was not the same type of router).
In general, I'm satisfied and I think I will choose Japan Wireless again. Thank you for the service, fantastic job!

It works very well everywhere. It is pocket size and so I have WiFi whole day.

The service provided by Japan Wireless is great. It allows me to be connected 24/7 in almost all my activities here in Japan. However, there are times where the connection is fluctuating, and needs restart of the device. Overall, it has been very convenient for me.

Wonderful delivery service to my hotel. And easy return-envelope. All parts worked; no problem. Written english instructions were easy to follow.
