Great service and reliable WiFi during our 10 day trip to Tokyo and Kyoto. No issue with keeping the battery charged with a separate power pack. Will definitely rent again next time we are in Japan.

I researched options for e-Sim for my iPhone while travelling. Japan-Wireless was one of the top options. To choose them was at random, but - it delivers. I had twice the 30GB plan and I keep going. Traveling via car, I usee google maps DAILY, every minute of my trip maybe :) I post on Instagram, I watch youtube videos when I was to rest, chill. Even Netflix here and there. I'm connected, I'm fast - I repurchased the plan again. When somebody asks me which one to get - don't hesitate with these guys. Get it and stay connected :)

We had a great experience with Japan Wireless during the 2.5 weeks we used the pocket wifi while in Japan. Worth the money and the pickup was very convenient as well as being able to just return it via mailbox inside the airport before leaving for our flight. Highly recommend to everyone!
