Very fast and never had any interruption

I heard two members of my group ordered it before my trip, and I thought I would like it too. So, I researched about it and found out I can order while in Japan. I was able to plan ahead and order to my next hotel no problem. Best purchase.

Parfait, rien à dire

It worked great from the start and throughout our whole trip. I had heard the battery time could be a bit short so I was very happy that a powerbank was included in the rent of the pocket wifi. We never had to use it though because the battery lasted well throughout the day, but we mainly used the wifi to looking things up, translating text and some occational surfing. Very easy instructions and it was extra nice that we could just drop it off in the included envelope into a postbox.

our family has used this service several times & it's always reliable & serves our needs throughout our vacation. set up is very simple & once completed, all you have to do is charge it. the network is very fast & we get uninterrupted coverage from Tokyo to kansai area

I did my order before my arrival from Italy. I asked for delivery at my first hotel in Tokyo. I found it already at check-in. During 2 weeks I used it for work purpose without any problem in Kurobe (Toyama area). I sent it back at one post office box in Kurobe. Very easy and useful from order to the return of the pocket. If I will come another time in Japan I will use your services!

Japan wireless portable wifi works great. Why not 5 stars than? The only minus was that the portabel wifi a few times was out of battery before the end of the day.

Easy to pick, works well and so useful to keep track on where you are, what you want and where you want to go.
