WiFi was at the hotel when we arrived, logged in, unlimited fast WiFi for 4 people for 10 days. No issues, then into the provided envelope and returned on our way out. Fantastic service and quality, would recommend to anyone travelling to Japan.

In general, I am satisfied with my rental. Easy to use, cheap and with good connection. The only flaw was that I found it difficult to understand where to return it. When I asked the staff at Haneda airport, instead of collecting my package I was refered to a postal box that I could not find.
