Recently rented the Pocket WiFi - Premium as my family of 7's primary internet and WiFi phone/texting service for our one-week trip to Osaka and Tokyo. It worked flawlessly for the entire trip with only one or two minor service interruptions when we were in a tunnel on a train. Couldn't be happier and would 100% recommend and plan to use the service again for our next visit.

I had a very pleasant experience with Japan Wireless, it is a high quality internet service. I did have an issue with their pocket wi-fi the first day because it was not connecting, so they sent me right away a second pocket wifi. Their customer service and response time are very good.

Love having it. It's always so helpful to have. Will always get one when I am in Japan.

Bought a sim and arrived in tokyo late flight . Still was able to get the sim form the counter awesome sim will get one again in Osaka
