Easy to order. Convenient pick-up at hotel. Works everywhere. Easy drop-off at airport.

The service was simple with clear instructions.
Internet was fast and steady.
I've had a little problem with the device after some days and the support sent me a new device the day after, without any cost.

Good services from Japan Wireless. Especially because my first WiFi device was very probably faulty where its charging was not consistent and defective. As I informed JW customer support they quickly replied and proposed a solution, replacing the device by a new one sent out by mail to Kyoto Post Office. And it worked! Thanks a lot, very customer supportive.
