I pre ordered this service, online, weeks before I arrived in Japan, whilst still in Australia. The wireless access was at my first hotel as required. It was, as stated, 5 devices connected accessing wifi all day everyday with a battery back up pack, for when the device battery got low. All cords for battery supply provided.The reply paid envelope made it easy to return in a postbox as I left for the airport. Thank you. Saved money as 2 people used this one device, not requiring 2 lots of international roaming costs. Highly recommended!

The service is as described, the device always worked well. They quickly reply to questions (e.g. they sent me a map of post boxes of Narita airport just few minutes after I asked). We did not have any issue or unexpected complexities. I will use Japan Wireless service again if back to Japan.

I used Japan Wireless for our trip to Japan and it went smooth for our intended use (Osaka-Kyoto-Tokyo). Will use it again on my family's next visit.

We used Japan-wireless' pocket wifi for our most recent trip to Japan. It was seamless. I booked it before leaving and was able to pick it up at the airport when we arrived. The instructions to set it up were clear and simple to follow. We used it for 17 days and had uninterrupted internet use the entire time. Excellent service!

I had scheduled pickup of the Hotspot at another airport. The staff gave a Hotspot where I had landed and straightened out the mix up with their staff. I cannot imagine touring Japan without the Hotspot device. Thank you

Japan Wireless provides customer friendly services. The instructions how and where to pick up and drop off the device was clear and easy to follow. The device worked flawlessly durning my stay. The battery lasted all day long I only had to recharge the device once a day when I got back to the Hotel at the end of the day. It was an unexpected and very nice touch that they took the time to confirm that when they received the wifi upon returning it. I will definitely use Japan Wireless again when I return and highly recommend them if you're looking for unlimited data. The best value for your money!

My order is always waiting for me at the hotel as soon as I check-in.
