This is an extremely professional and kind company that provides a small router that gets internet virtually anywhere in Japan. You place your order and when you check into your hotel, it’s waiting for you at the desk ready to use. Drop off is at the airport when you depart. It made my trip seamlessly easy. I highly recommend using this- it’s the absolute best!!

Japan Wireless is priced right and their WiFi units come with a battery pack, charging cable, and carrying case. Best of all, they provide a paid return envelope when you're done. It's easy as that, highly recommended for your stay in Japan!

Despite having some initial problems getting it to work on my iPhone and the staff member telling me he cannot help, just keep trying… after I got it to work, it worked amazing throughout my trip and I had a post mailbox outside of where I was staying, so returning the item was super easy. Will definitely use services again on my next trip
