Pick up was easy & hassle-free. Product worked great throughout the whole trip & return was easy also! Made my trip a lot more enjoyable with one less thing to worry about. The battery also lasted all day & I was using that thing constantly! Huge mahalo for this service!

It worked perfectly!

Easy to use. Reception was great and had no issues with the wifi during my 10 day trip.
Love the extra battery pack that came with it.

Always reliable every time I go to Japan. Recommended.

We've always been using Japan Wireless for our wifi needs (this is our 4th visit to Japan). The service is always excellent, the customer service is really prompt and helpful, and the prices are competitive especially for its high quality! I will keep using Japan Wireless on all our visits to Japan. Thank you very much, and I look forward to using your services again!

Activating the eSIM was very easy and the speeds and coverage was great. Affordable and flexible plans!!

Easy to pick up and easy return. Seamless internet the whole trip. Worth every oenny

Pocket wifi was waiting at the hotel reception. Took five minutes to setup our devices and we lost connectivity once in tokyo. Made negotiating the city just like home. Invaluable for google maps, directions and translate.

I was very pleased with the convenience of having the device waiting for me at my hotel and the drop of post box as well. The envelope provided made it so easy. It was quite an easy device to use on my Japan vacation.

Have used this already five times I have been in Japan and no complaints. Always waiting for me at the hotel. Very good service and equipment.
