My family and I spent 9 days in Japan starting our vacation in Osaka and then in Tokyo. We had around 5 mobile devices with us and stayed in constant connection with friends and family in the Philippines and around the world through The excellent service of our Japan Wireless device.

So glad we ordered this. Did us well over the two weeks we were in Japan. Device was delivered to our hotel and included a courier bag to send it back. No problems at all using it. Price paid was good compared to other sites. Have recommended Japan Wireless to other family members travelling to Japan in April.

This was an excellent solution for getting access to wi-fi in Japan (a necessity when not knowing the language). It arrived when and where it was supposed to, and was easy to use.
