Everything was great!

3 weeks Japan; triangle Tokio,Hiroshima,Okinawa and Ilands. No problems at all; Wifi everywhere, (maps, schedules public transport, skype etc. ) Hotel delivery in advance, Drop off at the airport Post box, pricing. All as promised! Next time again!

Had no problem whatsoever, stayed connected for a week. I booked way too late (my fault) and I was contacted asking if it was OK to deliver the device to my hotel instead of the airport - where it was waiting upon arrival. Perfect service!

Amazing customer service with support within hours, product worked excellent, battery pretty resistant and wifi speed allows more devices at the time to work efficiently. Highly Recommended!!

Good battery life, good coverage too.
