Excellent service . All required items were included. Charged and ready to go. When our flight was changed to the following day, it was easy to extend the rental. Highly recommend!

happy with the service. Easy to recover at the airport

Generally everything was great. We only had a problem with power bank - it was used up and didn't held the charge long enough and had some problems with charging. Router was great, coverage in tokio was perfect. And the device waited for us in the hotel.

Our pocket wifi worked a treat- and we spent most of our time off the beaten track- so really appreciated reliable connectivity

The best move we made upon arrival in Japan. Network was flawless and the unit easily lasted the entire day without the battery backup.

Japan Wireless is our go-to pocket wifi in Japan. Our whole 5-day stay in Tokyo has been very convenient with the fast internet speed brought by their pocket wifi. It helped us a lot in navigating and in planning our trip. We will definitely book Japan Wireless pocket wifi as soon as we get back to Japan!

I really liked this service. we picked up easily at the airport and had instant internet access for both our phones. The staff at pickup were very helpful to make sure I lnew how to get connected. They supplied a return envelope and just before i left i was able to just drop it all on any mailbox. the process was simple and the service was great!! i
