Perfect!

I spent 2 weeks in Japan. I had to change my arrival date and received easily my refund.
When I received the modem as so easy to use. This is a must when you as a foreigner travel to japan.

I was pleased to find that our WiFi unit was at our hotel when we arrived. It was easy to get going and performed well through a long day. The included powerpack was used late in the day when the battery was flat.

Honestly, I was unsure about this but it worked flawlessly. We made a last minute decision to get this and I have no regrets. It worked way faster than my internet at home and saved us money vs buying an international plan. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Japan!

Excellent coverage and battery life. Recommended product

Been with Japan Wireless for years and very happy. Did have a different pocket WiFi this time which was not as good as the softbank WiFi I normally got. Had problems receiving here and there.

The pocket Wifi was very important part of our trip and made getting directions, restaurants etc very easy when we visited Japan.

It is all we've spected.

From beginning to end, the rental service was fast & easy. Included with the device was the cord, rechargeable battery & pouch to keep everything together. Easy to read instructions. Always connected. Easy to mail back in pre-paid envelope that was provided by JW. I would highly recommend them. Thank you!
