Easy to use, great coverage and battery life.

The customer service is incredible. While our trip, the back end service provider SoftBank had a major outage. Customer support notified us of the outage and worked to get us replacement units very quickly. When one of those units died shortly thereafter, they send another unit immediately. They reached out to me to fix the initial problem and Sayed with me until everything was right. The Wi-Fi itself was fast and reached everywhere, even in the subways. I would definitely use the service again next trip. They've got your back!

Couldn't have done Japan without Pocket Wifi, and Japan Wireless was great. Even with a small service interruption they were very communicative and helpful.
