Arrived on time at my hotel easy to use and drop off
Great for walking around and having WiFi reception and internet connection very pleased would definitely use again on my return to Japan 🇯🇵

Can't fault this service. Our pocket Wifi was ready to pick up at the airport. We were able to use it virtually everywhere including the subway with reliable data for browsing and social Media and the battery always lasted the day. On the last day we just posted it at the airport Mail box in the envelope provided.

I found the service to be good overall, but sometimes it seemed to run slow, eg when downloading museum apps. Usually excellent, though.

It was so easy to rent. The very next day to my hotel. There were times in the theme parks where I could get no signal, but because I had the pocket Wi-Fi, it was a game changer.
I tried the eSIM, but the man at the airport messed up my phone and it wouldn’t accept/send any text messages coming from my home country -it pretty much shut my phone down and I wasted my money.
I should’ve gone with the pocket Wi-Fi first. The ease of returning it at the airport, just put it in the envelope and put it in the mailbox was awesome.
I would recommend Japan Wireless to everyone I know going to Japan.

Third time using Japan Wireless and it worked flawlessly everytime. I had it delivered to a hotel one time and it arrived a day early. 100% recommended and would buy from them again.

This was so simple. The device was waiting at the hotel when I arrived and we had no trouble using it throughout our trip. Then we just popped it into the post box at the airport when leaving! Would definitely use again.
