Device was delivered to hotel as promised. Everything worked as expected. It was easy to return the device.

The portable WiFi unit worked 99 percent of the time. The 1 percent was when I was in a cave in Japan. Highly recommend. Was easy to reserve, pick up and return.

I’ve used Japan Wireless twice now and have been very satisfied. I did have an issue with a pocket WiFi not holding a charge when I picked it up. I emailed customer service right away and explained the issue and they had a new unit sent to me within a few hours. I would like to thank everyone at this company for providing excellent customer service.

Worked well and the provided charger lasted the full day. Easy pick up and drop off as well, definitely recommend!

easy to set up. pick up was at a kiosk near the escalators to the keikyu line. connectivity was good 75% of the time. sometimes wifi would drop and would have to turn wifi on/off a few times to get it to connect again. luckily didn't have to reset the wifi egg. other than those hiccups, it was a solid connection for the most part. in crowded areas (think disney parks), coverage was pretty spotty so had to rely on esim for those times.

I rented my pocket wifi for October 9-22. The experience was smooth and actually a breeze to use. The kiosk is located right before the subway gates at the Kansai international airport. The battery on my pocket wifi was really good as well as the connection. My only experience where connectivity was poor was onboard trains. I highly recommend Japan Wireless to anybody who needs an easy pocket wifi service.
