Excellent download speeds, excellent area coverage. The only issue I had was that three or four times in a 14 day period it seemed unable to find signal. I had to wait 15 minutes and restart it to fix it ( or maybe it simply found the signal itself). I would give 4,7 stars if i could. Nice package and very easy to return. Happy for my choice.

Hiring a mobile wifi was one of the best decisions we took when traveling through Japan. The service worked flawlessly the whole trip, and it allowed us to move freely using navigation apps and using SNSs. A single charge would last us for a whole day with plenty to spare. We didn't even have to use the spare battery! Definitely recommend!

Very satisfied.

Excellent device. Good and reliable connection everywhere we went. Wouldn't have been able to have the time of our lives without it!

It was great!! I enjoyed my trip at 100% thanks to this little fella, Very Recommendable

È la seconda volta che vengo in Giappone e anche in questo caso mi sono affidato a Japan-Wireless : tutto perfetto ! Da consigliare!

I travel to Japan every year for both business and holidays and I would strongly recommend Japan Wireless and particularly their Premium Wi-Fi router to everybody. Price/value is fantastic, delivery/returning is super smooth and it just works perfectly everywhere.

I have picked up the device in Osaka for our 2 weeks trip in Japan and it has been working perfectly all over the country including in the mountains/countryside in Hakone etc. Will use again for sure next time. Thank you.

Definitely worth the investment while in Japan. The online order process was easy and the customer service team were really responsive. Timely delivery to the local post office worked a treat.

I would strongly recommend Japan Wireless. Ordering, picking up and returning worked super smooth. The information shared by the supplier was just what I needed.

It is hard for me to compare to comment on the reception or the speed as I do not have a benchmark. Worked just as excellent as the last time when I rented for a another supplier without making any reservations in advance. What I do appreciate is that the battery was good and that they supplied an extra battery as well. :-)

Seamless with excellent value
