Great device, which kept us connected throughout our trip to Japan. Couldn't have navigated without this. Thank you Japan wireless

the included battery pack was so huge. and all at a cheaper rate than other providers.

This wireless router made our two-week vacation to Japan incredibly fun. Having access to navigation apps no matter how remote we got was invaluable

Easy set up instructions. Great WiFi connection. And the envelope that is pre paid for let the return of the pocket WiFi super easy. Also loved the extra battery that was given

Excellent coverage, fast speed and reliability. Also comes with additional battery pack in case battery powers down.

The pocket WiFi worked great and their customer service is even better! Will definitely use them again next time I’m in Japan!

Everything that was promised. Additional power pack a plus although 12 or so hours out of normal battery was usually sufficient. Bit of problem with delivery to hotel but not sure if late or hotel just misplaced it.

Never had any issues with the device nor service...it was easy to pick up and drop off. Extremely convienent!
