This is an excellent service. Easy to order online. It was in our hotel ready to use when we got there. Very reliable. 4 of us able to use it. Easy to post back as everything is explained and given to you. Would highly recommend.

My husband and me spent 3 weeks traveling in Honshu. We never had problems with our Japan Wireless Premium wifi. The internet connection was always very good, including the vision of videos in Youtube. It was really useful to be always connected to internet, as we were able to use all the powerfull services provided by Google Maps. Very clear instructons enabled us to set up the pocket, to use it and to return it to Japan Wireless in a very easy way.

We have needed to have an internet solution on our 2 week trip traveling around Japan. The premium WiFi worked out great for us and we would totally recommend it

This was one of the best decisions during our trip to Japan. Stay connected at all time. Easy to connect, carry on and charge. It included an extra battery with no extra charge that was really useful. And the Service was just perfect.

Unit worked great all over the place only had loss of signal one time during the whole 10 day trip and a restart fixed it. Went all the way out to the countryside of Sado island and still got decent connectivity. Would recommend to anyone visiting Japan.
