Brilliant value for money and an absolutely excellent service. Helped so much while in holiday on Japan as we were permanently connected to the internet to help find things but without costly roaming charges. Thanks so much!

Super handy thing to have in Japan, and for the right price. However the connection wasn’t always great (eg. In Atsugi-Samukawa low reception), most of the time it was good tough in big cities.

I had the pleasure of using JAPAN WIRELESS several times and it always worked great. Smooth delivery, perfect internet reception (except in some areas of Nara, strangely) and also seamless return. Certainly would use their service again. It is so much better than buying a SIM card. Thanks!
