Good service, just we have noticed the attacheable cord for charging is a bit loose but manageable. Maybe a new cord is better. But otherwise the service is good..the pocket wifi arrived to my accomodation before I arrived to the said place. Thanks for the excellent service. I have been their client for 2 consecutive yrs now. And I will still seek their services if I plan to go to Japan again. I highly recommend this company.

Flawless product -this is the second time I have used japan wifi and i am very very pleased I would recommend this portable Wi-Fi to anyone coming to japan .

Used this throughout a 3 week tour, mainly in Honshu. Invaluable aid to traveling. Internet access was fantastic and never needed recharge of device till the end of day. Recommend this highly.

Was one of the cheapest I found online. Used for 2 weeks, worked great, battery life was really long too. Picking up and returning was super easy. Would definitely recommend!
