Good WiFi, battery last, speed is good. Very recommended or extremely necessary if you are planing to travel to Japan. The extra power bank is VERY helpful! recharge your phone or at the end of the day your WiFi if have had it the whole day on.

The ordering process is very easy and the device is conveniently delivered to our hotel. We had no signal when at underground train stations, otherwise no problems with our Wi-Fi. Return by pouch is also a great idea

Very good product; the duration of the battery is enough and the signal is costant

Amazing service, good price performance

Some of our friends had been to Japan and warned us it was difficult to orientate yourself. We hadn't that problem because of renting this portable wifi. Fast and reliable, we will recommend it to all our friends travelling to Japan

Easy and superb

Everything OK

Japan Wireless is incredibly reliable, convenient, and useful. We have used it on both of our recent trips to Tokyo and reccommend it to all friends and family who go visit.

You can’t travel Japan without one of these. It worked anywhere and everywhere. This is the second time we’ve used Japan Wireless and highly recommend.

We used the pocket Wi-Fi wherever we were in Japan. From Tokyo to Takayama and in between we had connectivity! Easy to place an order on-line three weeks before an easy pick-up at Haneda International Terminal. Our unlimited data pocket Wi-Fi was fast and we had no issues throughout our stay. A back-up battery was included, but not needed. The total cost was about $99 USD for 3 weeks. Amazing deal. Amazing service. Don't hesitate!
