Everything worked fine all the time

Fantastic connectivity throughout Japan.

Great wifi! Used this for our 9-day stay in Japan. All 3 devices had fast internet.

Incredibly easy to pickup, great value over international plans, and enough connections for my entire group. Highly recommend.

internet is fast. Delivery is on time. Returning is easy. Picked it up at airport then returned it at airport mailbox.

I'm glad I used Japan Wireless during my one month journey through Japan (with Okinawa). Everything went well.

Great service wifi was excellent and fast had no connection issues highly recommended

As an Aussie mum travelling through Japan with multiple devices, I honestly couldn’t fault Japan Wireless. The whole experience was SO easy from start to finish and the Wi-Fi was amazing the entire trip.

We used it constantly across multiple devices every day and had perfect coverage everywhere; including Disney, where I expected it might struggle, but it never skipped a beat once.

I also loved that it came with absolutely everything we needed: the charger, adapter, and an extra battery pack. Japan uses 100V power, which is lower than Australia’s standard voltage, so having the correct charger and adapter included made things super simple.
The bonus battery pack ended up being incredibly handy too because I could use it to charge our other devices throughout the day while we were out exploring.

The delivery process was seamless; it was waiting for us at our first hotel when we arrived, and returning it was just as easy by dropping it into a post box before we left.

Genuinely one of the easiest and best travel services I’ve used. I would 100% use Japan Wireless again and recommend it to anyone travelling to Japan, especially families.

Easy to purchase, easy to use and reliable. My husband can spot my phone which makes it easy to travel. We would highly recommend this service

Excellent service from start to finish. The pocket WiFi was easy to pick up and very user-friendly. The connection was stable and reliable throughout my whole trip in Japan, with no issues at all. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone traveling to Japan!
