Overall process was excellent however, it’s kinda expensive considering the days I rented the wifi. I love how you can just return it at the airport and drop it in the mail box, very convenient :)

The Japan wireless pocket WiFi provided us a reliable connection to the Internet during our 2 week vacation

Worked very well for person holding the pocket WiFi. Others w/group had good service only if in eye range. In concrete building & at edge of range, was spotty to no reception.

Would still recommend WiFi but need to let person know the disadvantages if needed to share. I should’ve had my own! Lesson learned!

Foncez!

Very reliable service.

Good and reliable service

Great service! And wifi device works perfectly!

A very affordable eSIM for Internet access! Only had minor disconnections which were easily restarted during the trip. Only issue I had was in set up but support team was helpful with that

Such a convenient and reliable service! I had the package delivered to my hotel when I arrived in Japan. The connection was aways great, and it was so helpful having reliable access to wifi wherever I went. I will definitely use Japan Wireless for my next Japan trip!

Good coverage and good service. I enjoyed using it during my trip to Japan!
