My wireless worked everywhere I travelled. When the battery pack did not work they quickly sent out a replacement. They were very polite in all comms. Receiving at my hotel and returning at airport very easy. Much cheaper than a data package from my phone provider.

The pocket WiFi worked well and battery life was good. However, the charger provided was loose and didn’t work. Luckily, the hotel had a charger that worked with the pocket WiFi. Also, picking up and returning the unit was easy. Will use this company again.

There was a few of us in our group and Japan Wireless Pocket WiFi worked perfectly for us. It was waiting at the desk of our hotel when we arrived and it travelled with us to 3 more hotels and worked well at all locations. Highly reccommended!

We used the Japan Wireless pocket wifi and loved it throughout our 2 week in Japan. The pocket wifi provided very fast data speeds, preserved the battery life in our devices, and was super reliable throughout the cities we visited.

We had eSIM service on our phones as a backup, but only needed it when our party split up. The eSIM data service was no where as fast or reliable as the Japan Wireless pocket wifi.

The pocket wifi lasted our group's use from start of the day to the end of the day, and was easy to charge. We only had to use the battery bank a few times when we were out for extended periods of time.

We will always travel in the future with Japan Wireless pocket wifi. It was a game changer to make our trip so much easier. We highly highly recommend the Japan Wireless pocket wifi.
