I really enjoyed being online during my entire trip and having the chance to stay connected to my family and friends. I recommend this product because it is simple to pick up-use-drop off. I would definitely recommend having a second power bank.

We used this WIFI device every day on our Japan vacation. It is easy to use, reliable and fast. The battery lasts about 10 hours and it was easy/quick to recharge. Delivery to our hotel on arrival and drop off in a postbox at the end was hassle free.

We used this internet wifi device for two weeks in Japan. It was great! Fast connection, no issues, five devices. Highly recommended.

Used this every time I go to Japan and it always works perfectly. Easy to return as well.

We rented this device for 3 weeks and it was a blessing! Battery life was amazing: not once we had to charge it twice in a day. And we used it ALL day. No network interruptions, except when inside of tunnes while travelling, but that is to be expected with any device. Fast, reliable Internet speed and pick up and delivery at the Narita Airport was easy and straight forward. I highly recommend it. It made our trip so much easier!!

I always choose Japan Wireless everytime I visit Japan because of their efficient, convenient and great customer service. They deliver the device straight to my hotel and I can drop off the same in any post box, hassle-free! Will not hesitate to book with them during my next visit.

Very useful and practical. works very well and gives you the possibility to be connected comfortably. The collection and return are very convenient and comfortable too. I will use it again.

Works great!!! Perfect Support!!

Worked everywhere on our trip and it was very convenient to have service available. Super easy to get it delivered to our hotel and to post back in the supplied envelope at the airport. Very good value for money.

Lo consiglio vivamente anche per la puntualità della consegna
