Used wi-fi for six 10 hour days with no problem whatsoever. Will definitely rent again on my next trip to Tokyo. Easy pickup and return.

Amazing product and service

今年5月にアイルランドから里帰りの為初めて使わせて頂きました。
最初は使い方など難しいのでは無いかと思っていたのですが、そんな悩みも吹っ飛ぶくらい簡単でした。
2週間のホリデーが最大限に楽しめたのとカスタマーサービスが充実しているところが5☆のポイントになりました。
里帰りなさる方々へとてもお勧め出来る会社だと感じました。
又いつの日か里へ帰れる日が来るときは頼みたいです。

Worked great.

I rented this service and it was a really good option, I always had a good connectivity and bandwidth during my trip in Tokio, Osaka, Himeji, Kyoto, Nara and Nikko, also no problem while travelling in Shinkasen between cities and inside metro in all those cities. The equipment was at the post office in Narita AirPort when I arrived and I picked up easily in 5 min, and then I left it in a post box in Haneda airport at departure day with the prepaid envelope that comes with the equipment.

Awesome service. The pocket wifi worked great everywhere we went. My only complaint is it was a little difficult to find you pick it up from the post office in the airport. I think a picture and a description of the location would have been more useful. The post office is in a shopping area on the same level as where you checkin for departures.

We enjoyed having wireless everywhere. They made it so easy. We were able to research places we were going never having to worry about looking for free WiFi. Worth it

The wireless wifi is perfect ! You just have to charge the actual portable charger every night and it never died on us !
I recommend it to every groupe of 2 or more people who travel in japans.
