I would 100% order from this company again! Customer service was excellent, the price was not bad, and on top of that, the WiFi rental was so tiny it could fit in the palm of my hand! It barely took up any space in my bag while traveling around. Also, the battery lasts a very long time. I think after a full day out of sightseeing and using it at my hotel for an online class, I still had 65%! Pretty impressive! I will totally order it again when I return to Japan later this year!

We ordered the night before our flight and we picked up the device at Narita airport post office. Wifi speed was superb. I’ll order again on my first visit.

I was totally pleased withe the excellent service provided by Japan Wireless. The product worked flawlessly and the delivery and return process was easy and on point.
