Great service

Worked perfectly. The whole process from ordering to returning is easy. Wish other parts of the world have the same.

Used the unlimited plan for the two weeks I was in Japan. I was very satisified with the coverage, speed, and reasonable price!

I did a lot of research when I browsed for sim-cards. I found this to be the best option considering quality and price. The sim card was delivered to my hotel exactly as agreed and it was easy to set up my phone for the sim.

Conexión excelente, la utilizé muchísimo en diferentes lugares de Japón. Yo utilizo mucho las apps para ubicarme, seleccionar medios de transporte para movilizarme, etc. Todo funcionó perfecto, estoy muy contenta de haber tomado esta decisión.

Best money I ever spent on tech. As long as you remember to plug it in at night and take it with you in the morning, you don't have to think about it -- it just works flawlessly.

Japan Wireless was amazing! The pocket wifi was perfect for the 4. Service was amazing! We did not have any problems with our pocket WiFi. Besides that, the customer service was also EXCELLENT! We ended up being stuck in Japan for a few extra days and without any problems we got our Wifi extended. I would definitely recommend Japan Wireless.

The price worth the purchase. They sell the card at your hotel if you need so you can use at the arrival in Japan. I definitely recommend it.
