Nice service

Easy and straightforward use of the device.
It makes your trip so much more enjoyable and less stressful.
Highly recommended!

The portable WiFi was easy to use and meant we had internet access wherever we were. The battery lasted all day and the kit was light and not bulky, so easy to have with us all the time. A great buy/rent.

sono stato con un gruppo in Giappone in agosto 2019. Ho trovato come ordine il pocket wifi in hotel e l'ho lasciato come istruzioni in una buca postale. Tutto semplicissimo, funzionamento sempre ottimale.

Worked everywhere, unlimited is really unlimited.
Good battery life. Hooked up 3 phones 24/7
Would definitly rent again
Satisfied customer :-)

My order was delivered on-time and the return process is so easy.
I avail of Japan Wireless every time I go to Japan. And Japan Wireless has not failed me.

My wife and I were so thankful we ordered this device. First, it came with an extra battery USB pack and carrying case and was very easy to setup. I was able to order online and pick up next day with no issues and was also able to drop off with post office. Japan wireless service was also extraordinary and very prompt in emailing me and answering my questions. I will be using Japan wireless every time I visit Japan and highly recommend to everyone.

Must have item when travelling in japan! You won’t get lost. Reception was amazing. Had no problems picking up and returning the wireless egg. Would definitely recommend and use this service again!
