Excellent value compared to buying sim cards. We had 4 devices all of which could connect to the internet and with unlimited download this worked out much cheaper and easier than sim cards. the box is small and light and lasted all day long. Would highly recommend for Japan, it worked everywhere.

I wasn't able to get to Japan due to a typhoon that caused my flight to be canceled. Japan Wireless was very kind throughout the communication process when I needed to cancel the order. I would order from them again in the future because of this.

Friends have recommended this product and it was perfect for the the two of us at one time. Pick up was quick and easy.

It worked perfectly!

Whole process was seamless. Was ready for collection when we checked in to our hotel, worked very well for our trip and return via the enclosed envelope was simple as well. Would recommend getting the spare battery if planning longer days out and about.
