Very helpful, especially with the additional battery.

The portable wireless we used while traveling thru Japan was an excellent, trouble free device. We had Wi-Fi at all times. I will use this device again when I return to Japan.

The connection between the router and the USB cable was quite loose/jiggly. And sometimes the router didn't seem to be charging. Otherwise, it was very easy to set up and use.

Fantastic! smooth pick up at airport on arrival and drop off at the local post office, highly recommend Japan Wireless, will definitely use again :)

The unit was waiting for me on arrival in Japan at the post office in Narita airport. Connection was quick and straightforward and I didn't have a single issue in the two weeks I was in Japan. Return instructions were clear, all in all a great service

Picked it up after getting through customs at the airport. It comes with a charge so you can use it right away. Includes an external battery which really came in handy when taking long trips. Returned it to the drop off box at the airport before my plane left. Wifi was fast, reliable, and overall made accessing maps and translating websites a breeze. Highly recommend it!
