very convenient and easy to use. We will use this again for future trips to Japan. 5/5

Easy delivery and return. Very easy to use and worked great! Would use again.

Exactly what we needed for our trip. The battery lasted all day long.

This was a life-saver when I was working in Japan as it allowed me to keep in touch will colleagues both in the UK and with me in Japan. The down-load speed was great and coverage in Tokyo and Osaka was exceptional. The only slight drawback was the limited battery life of the unit meaning a power pack (supplied) had to be used each evening.

Thank you.
As always, giving me a great service. It will be my third time with the company, my really thank again.

Having wifi service while in Japan makes travel very convenient, specially when it's Japan Wireless. Connection is fast & is available in all the areas where we went while in Japan. I highly recommend getting a Japan Wireless wifi. Will definitely rent again when I go back to Japan.

Easy service . Good and swift signal connection , even in relatively remote areas. Easy pick up & drop options from entry to exit at airports. Would definitely use again .

We had excellent reception everywhere we went, even in the mountains.
