We've used Japan Wireless pocket wifi on several trips to Japan. The devices are always waiting for us at our hotel when we check in. They are easy to set up and are very reliable.

Is fast and you are conected any place, the battery extra is a plus

Easy pickup & drop off. No issues. would rent again if I'm lucky enough to go back to Japan.

This was my first time using this product. Prompt response from customer service and product was really reliable. I traveled northern part of Japan, some in mountains. I've never lost connection. I totally use this service again!

Fantastic, worked anywhere we went in Japan (and we went to some places that were really off the beaten track and far from the cities). The unlimited data was also essential too, and it's actually unlimited - and fast. I'm going to Japan for the third time in a couple of weeks and the pocket wi-fi from Japan Wireless has become an absolute must!

Excellent service for this essential travel accessory. Good coverage e with fast speeds and reliable connections for all of us. Supplied with additional batteries for extra long life and charging cables. Easy pick up from Narita airport and drop off from Haneda. Superb experience and good value for money.
