I found the modem at the reception of my hotel in Tokyo. It worked very well in the ten days we used it and it was very easy to return it by putting it in the mailbox al the airport before the departure. Great service thanks

Excellent pocket modem to use. Japan Wireless made it very simple to collect at the airport and return at the end of the trip. The cost was comparable with other providers. Wifi held a long charge and was reliable everywhere we went. I would use Japan Wireless next time I visit Japan.
