I used this service last summer, and it was amazing. I'll be using it for my trip to Japan this time as well I'm looking forward to it.

Speed was excellent, it was always connected. Handled 4 devices with no problem. The best was the additional battery pack that was included. We had friends pick a different service and they ended up attaching to mine.

Had the pocket wifi mailed to my hostel - worth the extra money as they mailed it a day earlier than the booking date to make sure I had it! Super easy to set up and the internet was lightning fast with 2 users. Return was so easy as I had to drop it off in Osaka Kansai airport. Just into a post box and you are set!

Always reliable and fast everywhere in Tokyo and Kyoto. The battery pack was essential as otherwise on busy days the router would run out of battery.
