Rented one of these for my honeymoon, had it for 13 days and it was absolutely perfect. I had great service virtually everywhere in japan, I recommend it!

Very satisfied. Zero problems in 18 days. All the information to pick up and drop off was very clear. I did not need the internet at the hotels. This was fastest.

Works great and highly recommended to anyone traveling to Japan. Easy, efficient process for picking up and drop off at the airport. Battery last enough for a whole day.

Ordered 5 SIM-cards for a one week work-trip. Worked very well, and made it easy to communicate with each-other. We got the portable wifi as well, but would definitely recommend the SIM-cards if you won't always be together. This way, everyone was always online. Pick-up and drop-off at airport was so easy and well-explained. Great!
