Easy pick up/drop off. It worked everywhere. Extra battery was very helpful.

Picked up a haneda airport after landing. Quick process. Worked every place we went to. Easy mail in drop box right at the airport when our vacation was over.

I went 15 day to Japon and it work fantastic. Totally recommended.

Worked great. Delivery to hotel on arrival day was perfect. We did have a problem with unit and Japan Wireless sent us a new one right away to our next hotel destination.
