Used it before during my travels around Japan, great performance and cost ratio

Easy to use. Can get it delivered to your hotel or easy pick up.
Such a great idea. A must for travelling in japan where you need Google maps constantly to find tour way around.

No problems occured with the Japan Wireless Premium WiFi. Excellent connection anywhere, anyplace , anytime. Furthermore superb customer experience and support heen requirements.

This is very convenient device if you travel to very rural area where Wifi access is very limited. And stuff are very helpful if you need some help.

I was able to pre-arrange the rental from overseas 24 hours prior to arrival to Tokyo. Appreciated the prompt service and WiFi worked flawlessly

Perfetto, non abbiamo avuto alcun problema. Batteria di scorta inclusa molto comoda anche se il dispositivo rimane tranquillamente carico per tutta la giornata.

The quality of the wireless itself is excellent. No complain about that.
The pick up and the return also perfect.
However, the battery life of the device is not that good. Most of the time half a day worth of battery, good thing that they provide a power bank inside the package. Sometimes it is enough sometimes it is not.
Overall I would recommend this service to anyone who would travel to Japan and I will use the service again whenever I come to Japan again.
