The wifi speed is good and had very good battery life. The only problem with it is that sometimes to wifi will stop working and you need to hard reset it.

The service works as expected so I definitely I'll use it again, the only setback was the battery from the device it drained quickly. So the portable battery was the salvation most of the time.

My whole experience with Japan Wireless has been great. Delivery was quick and easy and the unit itself is very reliable. The only problem was it disconnects from the device at times, for no reason. So you have to make sure that your phone or laptop is still connected. But all in all a great experience. Would definitely rent wifi from them again.

Great service/product. Costs as much as a SIM card but no need to go thru unlocking a phone.

The process to pick up and return the router was very simple and trouble-free. The service was quite convenient and reliable, but I would have liked a choice to not bundle the power bank for a reduced price.

The pocket WiFi worked great and battery life was good. Their customer service is also top-notch. I'd definitely use them again on my next Japan trick and highly recommend them.
