Worked great in Hokkaido except had to reboot once in 16 days of use. Backup battery came in handy. Would definitely use again.

So easy to use, as a group of 3 this device made travelling through Japan so much easier and enjoyable!!
Easy to order and return, simple to lg on and start using.

Traveled to Tokyo for few days and used JAPAN WIRELESS for my family's internet service. Everything worked flawlessley. Support was 5 stars, help was immediate. Highly recommend for any traveler needing internet service! Thank you from Guam!

Never had any issues with losing service while on my trip, and very easy to pickup and return. Battery life with provided pack lasted all day + more.

Found the Premium wifi from Japan wireless to be an essential part of my trip to Japan! Totally worth the roughly $5/day for the unit. Hugely convenient. Strongly recommend!

Wi fi waited for us at the hotel the night before our rental start date. Easy to use. All included. Easy return to a Japan Post drop box at the airport. Highly recommended, good value.

Excellent service!!!

it was very simple to use and navigate. the pick up point from the post office is also hassle free.

I traveled around central Japan for three weeks in 2020 and the pocket Wifi worked perfectly. Moreover, it was easy to pick up and drop off at the airport (Haneda). The price was reasonable and the connection was great. I had no interruptions during the three week stay, whether in my hotel, on the bullet train, or in more rural areas. I would definitely recommend JW's Wifi.

Good service and reliable.
