Easy pick-up at Narita International Airport, dropped off at a different airport easily as well. My mobile was the only device connected to the WiFi. I had service throughout my entire trip, even in areas away from the big cities. I never had issues with the battery or the device. Everything was very organized and easy to use. I was able to make clear calls through WhatsApp to the US. I would use this company again and recommend it to others.

There were a couple of times when it would disconnected randomly, but other than that it was very handy. The extra charger they provide was helpful as the battery life on the device alone did not last the whole day.

Good and reliable. Never had problems using it. Just make sure that you charge it and the power bank that comes with it after using.

Maintained a long battery life throughout my trip and connecting was never easier. Hardly had to think about it, and the extra chargers def helped too!

Funziona alla perfezione. Molto semplice la procedura di prenotazione on line e per la restituzione. È indispensabile se si pensa di pianificare un viaggio in Giappone.
