They communicated well with me, shipped the device to the hotel, device worked perfectly, came with a pretty case, portable battery, cables, plug (for Japan - very useful), and instruction, as well as a reply paid envelope, so I just had to put everything in the envelope when we were finished and post it. So simple, easy and helpful. Will definitely use again!

Great service! Easy to pick up and return.

I would recommend anyone considering a pocket wifi to engage with Japan Wireless’s services. They provided a USB plug, and a small portable charger for the device. The only small issue was finding the drop-off box at chitose airport in Sapporo. I would suggest getting to the airport at least an hour in advance to locate it, or it might cause some delays.

Will always use Japan Wireless. Easy to book, easy to pick up and drop off and wifi worked all trip.

Delivery at the hotel was convenient and efficient. Excellent pocket wifi performance, from Haneda, all around Tokyo, to the slopes of Niseko. Will definitely rent again.

Second time we picked a mifi from Japan Wireless. Ordered this online 2 weeks in advance, picked it up from Narita Airport after arrival - switched it on and we were on our way. They couldn't have made it more easy for us, clear instructions and a return envelope as well. I highly recommend using them if you use more than one mobile phone in your travel group.

Best little thing j came across in Japan I was able to watch movies in my phone and keep in contact with everyone through WhatsApp and all the apps
