Finally it was an excellent choice. Very convenient. High speed.
I’ll use it again in my next trip to Japan.

The whole process was very easy and clear. Since the response and refund of the first mistaken purchase to the service counter to using the sim card. Thank you very much!

I got a data esim from Japan Wireless for a trip to Japan last year and I have got another for an upcoming trip in April. Last year the downloading and use of the esim went perfectly. The procedure for downloading was explained clearly and fully. With the esim I had continual coverage for a much cheaper price than data roaming.

Service provided by Japan wireless is always excellent. It is easy to pick up the wifi box at airport and easily dropped off. Incase of any issues customer service replies quickly and is very helpful.

Perfect. Reasonable price. Absolutely no issues with connection, speed or latency. Probably better than my phone carrier in Australia. Best ESim I have used.

The process was easy, even If the place to pick up the pocket wifi is not so easy to find. No problem to use it. Good value for the money.

The pocket wifi has a very fast internet with power bank. It was delivered to our hotel on time and it's easy to return as well. The only problem was the black cord is defective so we have to buy a new one so we can charge the pocket wifi. But overall we are happy a happy customer and I recommend it.

Perfect servìce. Recommended.

My daughter and I travelled to Japan together for 2 weeks. The international data with our phone company would have been 18.00 a day! I had to find an alternative. So searching the web I found Japan Wireless. I was nervous about using them, like how hard was it going to be able to find them, could I find a drop off place easily, would it consistently work the whole time? Well, everything was easy about it! And, we never had any issues with connections. It worked flawlessly. I would highly recommend!

The Item that we received is excellent.
