I had no problems with connectivity and speed. Thank you for the excellent service!

They were very accommodating when I had a delayed flight and couldn't pick up my wifi unit.

Japan Wireless made connecting to the internet easy and convenient. Our unit arrived at our hotel the same day we did so we were never without service. Returning the unit couldn’t be any simpler. Put it in the envelope provided and take to any post office or post box. We will definitely be using Japan Wireless again for our next visit to Japan. We made an excellent choice.

We loved it! I was unable to have a SIM card for my phone and was desperate to not pay my carrier’s roaming fee. The pickup was quick and easy once we got there at the airport, it did take some figuring out exactly where it was lol - had great connection the entire time and never died on me once over 2 weeks. As long as you charge it every night you should be good. Also comes with a portable charger on the go. Loved it and would use again for our next trip!

Picked up the pocket WiFi at the hotel where I was staying. Dropped it off at a post office..

Awesome. 100/10 recommendation. Excellent for tourists !!

Facile da ritirare all' aeroporto di haneda. In 7 giorni solo un' interrogazione di 5 minuti, prodotto consigliato ed affidabile.

Good network connection, easy start-up and usage.

Easy use & excellent coverage

Very detailed and easy process from pick up to return. Customer service was great and responsive to questions. Had some issue with device not working but was able to trouble shoot and they gave me credit for the time it was not working. どうもありがとうございます!
