I loved my Japan Wifi rental. I picked it up at the airport (Haneda) and everything was in the packet and ready to use (even charged up!). I used it my entire trip (two weeks). They included a portable charger, which I needed a couple of times. Everything was smooth and perfect and the price was great!!! A+++

Easy to schedule, pick-up and return. I was able to use this to vpn into my office network in the United States. No issues. Recommend!

This pocket wifi is a life saver! The connection is very good anywhere in Japan. Also, it comes handy with a power bank. The pick up and return is super easy, no hassle at all. Will definitely use it again in the future!

We recently rented a Premium pocket wifi from Japan Wireless and are very pleased with the product and service. The WiFi was delivered to our hotel in Tokyo and we immediately used it for our trip covering major cities including Hakodate, Tokyo and Kyoto. The connection was very good.
