Had a great connection wherever we went. Lasted the whole day. Exactly what you would want out of such a product

Loved the pocket wifi, the directions were easy to follow for pick up and drop off in Haneda airport. The only problem I had was the portable charger that came with mine didn’t work so that was inconvenient but aside from that service was great. If my internet didn’t seem to be loading I just restarted the pocket wifi and it was fine. I even streamed on Twitch using the pocket wifi.

We’ve been to Japan a few times and have rented other pocket wi-fi but Japan Wireless has been the best so far. The only one with true unlimited data that doesn’t cap speed. We didn’t have problems with connectivity the entire duration of the trip and that’s exactly why we’re renting from them again for our upcoming trip.

I have used this company before and they were great. Even replaced one of our units on the spot when it was having a problem. Can't recommend enough.

Great product, great customer service

Japan wireless provides an easy to use pocket wifi that has great coverage on different areas in Japan. We went to Osaka, Kyoto, Sapporo and Tokyo during our trip and the wifi’s access is great in all those places. Ordering and returning is hassle proof too!

I use this system each visit. It makes international communications a breeze and it’s so affordable.

The website for ordering was fast and easy. Prices were very reasonable, and the product worked as promised. Came shipped to my hotel in Sumida, and with battery pack, cables, and a pre-paid return envelope. Communication was excellent and I highly recommended this company when needing a Wifi in Japan!

This was the best rental u can get if u are traveling . I never lost service once in 14 days ( only with I had to recharge) I went hiking in kamakura and still has great service.

Extremely convenient. Worked great. Would recommend to anyone.
