Excellent service and product. No issues with coverage even in remote snowy Mountains. Recommend.

Didn’t experienced any issues with Japan wireless. The equipment performed well and the equipment was delivered to my hotel flawlessly.

So easy to collect or get delivered and return. Would definitely recommend as we used them all day every day

Full signal everywhere I went accross Japan, great value for the price

I traveled for 17 days in Japan and I needed data for my cellphone but an e-sim was not an option for me, so I came across with the pocket wifi and I really recommend Japan Wireless, I didn't had any trouble, was very easy to use. The only thing is that the battery runs out quick, which is normal if you use it all day, but they provide you with a power bank; it is not the most convenient because you have to carry one more thing in your bag, but I had I big bag anyways so it was ok. Overall, I have no bad comments, it worked perfectly and it was really helpful during my stay in Japan.

Very smooth internet connection with clear instructions which helped me activate my eSim as soon as I landed in Japan. Would definitely recommend.

Big help during our stay in Japan

The wireless worked great during our trip. The agents at the airport were nice as well.

I've used Japan Wireless for my last two trips to Japan. It is great! It is very easy to pick up at the airport and easy to use. The battery life for the pocket wifi devices is surprisingly good! I started each day leaving my hotel at around 9AM with the device on a full charge and I only have to plug it in to the portable battery at around 7PM. It does get a little warm so be careful having meltable things next to it in your bag. I will continue to use this company for any future trips I take to Japan!

This worked everywhere we went. Happy with the service.
