Had nonissues with it and it was working all the time. It arrived on time exactly where we wanted it to be and we posted it back exactly how it was mentionned. Everything was perfectly clear. I recommend it.

We picked up our 30 day SIM from Kansai airport with no problems. It worked great with frequent use of Google Maps and Translate

Very easy instructions where to pick it up and how too send it back. Worked perfectly.

We used the PocketWiFi for 3 weeks on our travel around Japan. It waited at the reception and it gave us full freedom to be connected wherever we were. From big cities to more remote locations we always had connectivity. We even used it in the hotel because speed was much faster than the hotel WiFi.

The premium WiFi provided my wife and I with great coverage during our holiday in Japan. It required no mucking around with our phones (apart from keeping Airplane mode on) and was reasonably priced. Only complaint was with our unit. The charge port was loose and would not charge the unit if it was not completely still. This meant that the supplied extra battery could not be used to recharge the unit whilst on the move (in my pocket or backpack). This was frustrating because the unit would run out of power in the afternoon unless careful charging was planned during the day.

I initially signed up for global roaming and found out when I got to Japan that my carrier doesn’t cover there. So last minute I signed up and had it waiting for me at my next hotel destination with out any problem.

I was also anxious about returning it, but with its own envelop and easy drop off mail boxes; it was so easy and convenient at the airport .

Excellent device for travel needs.
