Excellent coverage in the Tokyo area. The battery also lasted all day. If you are connecting internationally via VPN, you do not have to worry about data usage.

Very good, will rent it again

I found the process pretty easy and my family found the product absolutely essential for our 2 week trip around Honshu. It was fast and reliable and allowed us to plan, navigate and even book things as we went. Much easier than multiple SIM cards for us. Recommended.

Pick up was very easy, it worked perfectly for two weeks, and we had to issue with sending it back. We will definitely use this service again in the future.

Worked perfectly the entire time in Tokyo, Osaka, Nara and Kyoto. Occasionally lost signal when we were in the basement but that's to be expected. Lasted a whole day on a single charge. Was great that they gave us a separate charger and power bank too. Would buy again

Best way to have high-speed internet access while traveling in Japan. Really flexible service easy to use and to deal with for picking up and returning of the device.

It worked great through our 2 week trip, in comparison with a 5G enabled iPhone, the coverage was 95% the same. I can definitely recommend using this service!
